Cagsawa Ruins Mayon Volcano
Published on December 11, 2022 at 4:18 pm by LEWWith Mayon Volcano in the background, this picture is of the ruins of a 16th century Franciscan church that I took in November of 2022. The church that was burned down by Dutch pirates in 1639. It was rebuilt in 1724, and destroyed in the 1814 eruption of the volcano.
